I have been passionate about drawing and illustration since I can remember. Whether made to commemorate a personal memory or commissioned for a business or event, I enjoy illustrating as an intimate form of self-expression and a creative outlet.

One major project involved a commissioned illustration for the cover of the Design Institute of Australia’s newsletter, Spark. The Equip issue revolved around the DIA’s core mission to equip professional designers with the skills to succeed in business and enjoy their working lives. The final design incorporated visual elements that represented core parts of the DIA’s program, like the continuing professional development program, business practice notes and training programs.

Other commissioned projects included a poster design for a craft art installation at Melbourne Fringe; an illustration for the Queenscliffe Lighthouse Theatre Group’s production Secret Bridesmaids Business; and an ongoing series of art prints.
